Runner's World says - "In updating this light stability shoe, Saucony tweaked the cushioning under the ball of the foot and added a moisture-wicking lining to the tongue and collar. Otherwise, it's the same shoe as the previous version. RW Lab tests found the heel to be slightly firm and a little higher off the ground than other stability shoes, but testers didn't notice. We recommend the Guide as a sturdy long-run shoe with enough stability to control moderate overpronation."
